How long is the delivery timeframe?
Lead time depends on the item and quantity, but typically ranges from 30 to 45 working days for customized orders.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. We’ve working with commercial, institutional, and residential spaces. Volume pricing is available.
Do you offer custom-made furniture?
Yes! We can build to your specifications – size, materials, finish, and style. Send us your design or consult with our team.
What are your products made of?
We use strong and high-quality materials like wood, fabric, metal, and leather to make sure our products are durable, comfortable, and long-lasting.
Delivery Services & Fee
We deliver within Metro Manila. Deliveries outside Metro Manila are subject to scheduling and additional charges. Shipping fees may vary depending on location and item size.
What warranty do you offer?
The sofa and frame are covered by a 3-year warranty. Other items are eligible for a 1-week replacement due to manufacturing defects. To arrange a replacement, please reach out to our sales team to schedule the pick-up process.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist with the replacement or repair as needed.
